Trappist Westvleteren 12, the prestigious Belgian quadruple with no label. This is the beer that originally inspired us to start painting caps, as it was a necessity in this case. Luckily, it is a beautifully intricate cap.

"For Christmas last year my girlfriend completely surprised me by commissioning you to paint a bottle of Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier. A few months earlier we had met up in Munich for Oktoberfest which included a day trip out to the Weihenstephaner brewery, which I think will go down as one of my favorite days ever. The painting holds a very special place in my heart and it hangs proudly in our living room situated so that wherever you sit you can easily see it and a truncated version of it resides as the lock screen on my phone. Thank you both so much for the wonderful work that you do, I check your website frequently and wish that I could afford to buy some more paintings."

"When I first saw their paintings online, I honestly thought they were modified photographs, because they truly look like the real thing. But after checking their site out and seeing their other work, I could not resist having one of my own for my basement (aka Manland).

All I can say is that I was blown away at the final product. I kept asking Louie to send me photos of the painting in progress, but he refused in that they don't like doing that until it is finished. I was like a kid waiting for Christmas morning. When I finally got the piece, I was truly amazed. It is proudly handing at the bottom of my basement steps so everyone sees it as they go downstairs (and also sits right outside my beer cellar). "
